stefani rocket H is a flexible edgebanding and square -edgebanding line for the processing of panels already squared or to be squared with automatic introduction of the panel. It is a high productivity cell that meets the production requirements of companies where the process takes place with a "linear flow". The line guarantees the continuous flow of the process, a high production capacity and a high degree of flexibility allowing the introduction of panels of different sizes with the same thickness.
It is composed of the moover handling system and two single-sided edgebanding machines, stefani one or stefani sb one model, in left and right execution.

De productie van batches:
De mogelijkheid om een los paneel de verwerken zonder dat de productie capaciteit terug loopt of dat er een productiestilstand ontstaat. Het is mogelijk om een enkel paneel, beschadigd paneel of een ander standaard pakket bij de productie toe te voegen. Omdat alles met gestuurde assen werkt kun je makkelijk wisselen tussen meerder variabele onder ander dikte, formaat van het paneel en de lijmtechniek zonder dat je productie in gevaar loopt.

Precisie en dynamisch:
De Stefani cel H is zeer nauwkeurig en dynamisch dankzij de precisie van de aangestuurde assen. Deze kunnen snel en nauwkeurig verplaatst worden naar de gewenste paneel maatvoering. Dit garandeert altijd een nauwkeurig en hoogwaardige afwerking.

EdgeStore ManagerHet automatisch leersysteem met barcode of QR code combineert het uit te voeren programma met het juiste kantenmateriaal voor een uiterst eenvoudig en snel beheer van het wisselen van kantenband. Dankzij de specifieke interface van Maestro active edge software zijn alle informatie over het kantenmateriaal (naam, kleur, dikte, verbruik, etc.) altijd beschikbaar in 1 scherm.
