The Idro dryer takes advantage of the combined effect of forced ventilation (counter flow and percussion) and IR irradiation (short and medium wave), to speed uo the flashing-off phase of water-based products.

QUALITY: Homogeneous drying over the whole piece.

SPEED: Most of the water is evaporated immediately before the surface layer of the paint begins to film; this avoids that part of the water is absorbed by the support material and that the dried surface presents some splits. The drying times vary from 3 to 6 minutes depending on the applied weights and the type of paint (water, UV water).
