INTEGRATED SYSTEM
The excimatt system is integrated in an inert chamber with specifically studied nitrogen supply devices to have a uniform nitrogen distribution. The final polymerization is obtained with traditional UV lamps, which can eventually also be inside the inert area, thus further increasing the surface hardness and the scratch resistance of the substrate.
