SCM Melbourne hosts One System One Voice™ masterclass with The Joinery Coach

SCM Melbourne opened its doors on Thursday 20 August for One System One Voice™, a one-day masterclass run in collaboration with The Joinery Coach for joinery business owners and leaders from around Victoria.

The masterclass was built for joinery businesses feeling the squeeze of rising costs, tighter margins and increasing competition, and for those who recognise that their current way of operating will not support long-term growth or stability. The focus throughout was on how manufacturing thinking, technology and smarter systems fit into modern joinery, without the hype, and on evolving how a business runs without sacrificing quality, craftsmanship or control.

During a behind-the-scenes tour of the SCM Melbourne facility, the group went through the site with the SCM team and saw industry-leading machinery, technology and manufacturing solutions in action.
